These terms apply to www.objectiv.in and purchases from objectiv., operated by STHIRA CONSUMER PRIVATE LIMITED. Read them with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy, Exchange and return policy and Refund policy.
Using the store
You must be legally competent to place an order. A parent or lawful guardian should place orders for anyone under 18. Supply accurate contact and delivery information, and protect the sign-in codes used for your account. Do not use the store to impersonate someone, commit fraud, interfere with its operation or upload unlawful material.
Products and orders
Products are offered for personal use. Product descriptions, ingredients, pack sizes and prices shown at the time of purchase form part of your order. Photographs and colours may look different on different screens. Please read the label, directions and ingredient list before use; discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate advice when needed.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation, stock and delivery serviceability. If an order cannot be fulfilled, or a material pricing or listing error is identified, we will contact you about the available options. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded. We will not substitute a product or charge a changed price without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount are shown before payment. Shipping is free across India to serviceable pincodes under our Shipping policy. Payment options, including Cash on Delivery where offered, are those available at checkout. We do not ask you to share a PIN or one-time password with customer care.
Delivery, cancellations and product concerns
Our published delivery estimates begin at dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. A cancellation request can be considered before dispatch. Report damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect items promptly, preferably within 48 hours, so we can investigate. The separate shipping, exchange/return and refund policies explain the process and timings. These operational reporting periods do not remove rights available under consumer law.
Website content and third-party services
The objectiv. name, branding and original website materials belong to STHIRA CONSUMER PRIVATE LIMITED or their respective rights holders. You may use the site to shop and obtain information, but may not copy or commercially exploit protected materials without permission. Shopify, payment providers and external linked services also have their own applicable terms.
Responsibility and statutory rights
We take reasonable care to keep store information accurate and available. Service interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control may affect the website or deliveries. Any exclusion or limitation of responsibility applies only where lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded, excuses a defective or misdescribed product, or restricts a consumer's statutory remedies.
Concerns, governing law and changes
Contact customer care first so we can investigate a concern. Indian law governs these terms. Courts with lawful jurisdiction, including those in Kolkata where applicable, may hear disputes; your right to approach an appropriate consumer commission or other competent authority is preserved.
We may update these terms for later use of the store. Changes will be posted here; the terms and prices applicable when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
